This is a board-mounted optical transceiver that is about half the size of an SFF (Small Form Factor) optical transceiver. The 10-pin configuration remains the same as SFF, allowing for a significant reduction in mounting area. Additionally, it can be optionally coated with conformal coating, providing complete insulation protection for the interior of the module.
